The book 'Rudjer Boskovic in the Diplomatic Service of the Dubrovnik Republic (Edition on the occasion of the third centenary of the birth of Rudjer Josip Boskovic (1711.-2011.))' was written by Stjepan Spoljaric, DSc, a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Croatia. The book deals with the diplomatic aspect of Boskovic’s work and life.

Croatia´s southern seaside resort of Dubrovnik will host the ´Energy Management in Cultural Heritage´ international conference on April 6-8, drawing about 300 participants from 22 countries and featuring more than 80 papers in an attempt to answer the question if energy efficiency standards could be applied to buildings which are part of the cultural heritage, UNDP permanent representative to Croatia Louisa Vinton said in Zagreb on Tuesday.
