Scholarships for young cultural managers

Croatia's Ministry of Culture is aiming to build firmer and more productive liasons with the EU cultural market. Croatian Minister of Culture Andrea Zlatar-Violić, and the director of the Austrian Cultural Forum Georg-Christian Lack, are preparing to present the EUNIC scholarship program for young Croatian cultural managers.

The goal of the program is to connect young Croatian cultural managers with relevant cultural institutions in the EU as well as to create a productive ongoing relationship between managers and EU institutions that will host them during six-month scholarships.

EUNIC is a network of international cultural institutes of EU member states. Established in 2006, it currently has 29 members from 25 countries and operates in more than 150 countries. Their work focuses on arts, language, youth, education, science, inter cultural dialogue and the development sector.

The local EUNIC cluster in Zagreb consists of seven institutions - Austrian Cultural Forum, British Council, Goethe Institut, Institut Francais, Italian Cultural Institute, Aula Cervantes and the Instituto Camoes.
