10th KAUNAS BIENNIAL
Kaunas Biennial, the biggest contemporary art festival in the Baltic States, will begin its 10th season on September 18th with the exhibition Threads: Fantasmagoria about Distance, curated by the well-known art theorist and curator Nicolas Bourriaud.
My Country Štaglinec / International Artists Meeting 'Antonio G. Lauer'
Art organization' My Country Štaglinec ' invites audience to visit International Artists Meeting' Antonio G. Lauer, which takes place on Saturday, 15 June in Štaglinac near Koprivnica. The event starts with the exhibition 'Asian Performance' in Koprivnica Gallery, which opens on 14th June at 8pm.
Kata Mijatović selected for the Venice Biennale
Artist Kata Mijatović has been selected to represent Croatia at the upcoming 55th Venice Biennale with the installation Between the Sky and the Earth. The curator of the project is Branko Francesci.
Tomislav Gotovac's 'Zagreb, I love you!' in Paris
The exhibition entitled “Zagreb I Love You!” takes place from 1st December 2012 to 15 January 2013 at Galerie Frank Elbaz, showcasing Tomislav Gotovac’s major works. This is the artist’s first European critical retrospective.

Perforations to be presented in Belgrade
Perforations Festival will be presented within the programme of Belgrade's LIMIT Live Art Festival which is set to take place from 22 to 25 November in Dom omladine (DOB). Event Night of the Performances and performance Dogs will also take place in the programme.
Balkan Performing Arts Network at Cinars in Montreal
A new international platform of the Perforations Festival and the Domino association – the Balkan Performing Arts Network, which also includes organizations from Slovenia (Bunker – Mladi Levi festival and Serbia (Dom omladine Beograd), after Korea visited the Canadian Cinars conference, which lasted of 12 to 18 November this year.

Tom Gotovac & BADco., one of the finalists for the UniCredit Venice Award
The contest, launched on February and dedicated to the pavilions of the Central Eastern European countries participating in this year’s Venice Biennale, received eight applications, and among the selected finalists for Croatia the artist Antonio G. Lauer, also known as Tomislav Gotovac, and the BADco Collective, selected by the curatorial committee What, How and for Whom/WHW, with the project “One Needs to Live Self-Confidently…Watching”.
54th Venice Biennale: Tom Gotovac & BADco.
By invitation of the curators' collective What, How & for Whom/WHW the Croatian exhibition at the 54th Venice Biennale taking place 4th June to 27th November is presenting the work of conceptual artist Antonio G. Lauer (a.k.a. Tom Gotovac) and performing arts collective BADco. The exhibition will be staged in the Arsenale.

On this occasion the collective’s English monograph will be launched in co-production between Kontejner and Berlin’s publisher Revolver.

Banana Guerilla and Pandora Pop’s new performative project
Banana Guerrilla and Pandora Pop collaborate together on the project entitled Sorry! (Stereo Unplugged)’. After first working phase in Rome, artists are now working in Zagreb. After residence programme in Zagreb, the third phase will take place in Frankfurt. The premier is planned for May at the Plateaux Festival in Mousonturm (Frankfurt).
